If you do well by learning, doing your job well. he said that he doesn't want this position to be in "temporary status" for too long. She said in quote: ".this coming from the owner, (Anton) himself. I informed the VP that if I couldn't get hired within or by the end of a 3month probationary period, then I wasn't interested in spinning my wheels. I expressed that I was looking to become a part of a company that offered growth and learning opportunity, and that I didn't want to become hired by a company that didn't intend on taking me seriously when it came to hiring me on permanently. I did a little homework on them prior to the inteviews. I expressed how important it was for me to land a career opportunity with a reputable company such as Argen. During the interview process, I spoke with the VP of H.R. I was brought in by a local staffing company. Extremely disrespectful company that obviously does not care for its employees. We found out through Google, not talking about pay.

When this issue was brought up employees were reminded they were in violation of work policy for discussing pay the new start pay was posted on the company's website. So you had situations where employees that had been there for 6+ months were training new employees that were being paid better than themselves. They also began hiring new employees at a dollar more than what they were paying current employees.

They are extremely against you talking about your pay to managers or other employees. After weeks of doing multiple employee workloads I was told by management there is no current plan to promote me but I am still expected to take on the extra workload and exceed the previous employees production numbers. I recently left this company because I was being asked to take over another employees workload but was told that I would not be receiving a raise for my extra work.
