By transferring to the Barcelona Sants Station, which is 7 stops from Catalunya Square, and 5 stops from Sagrada Familia, you can get on the 30-minute long train to the airport. You can easily get to the airport using the rail system from the Old City, Barceloneta, or Sagrada Familia, which is one of the city’s most important monuments. The airport is easily accessible from the city, which has undergone significant transformations since the 1900’s.

HOPPA BUS BARCELONA FREE
The local buses serving Heathrow airport are in fact completely free as long as you travel within the Heathrow area. However there is another way to get to your hotel, and which will save you the 9 GBP so you can use them on something else. A single ticket for a Hoppa journey is 5 GBP, a return ticket is 9 GBP.
However there is just one issue, these buses are not free, they are in fact rather pricey. There are several Hoppa routes and they cover all the airport terminals and all the airport hotels in and around Heathrow airport.
HOPPA BUS BARCELONA HOW TO
If you look at the webpage of your Heathrow airport hotel on how to get there they will most likely tell you to take the Hoppa bus to get from the terminal to the hotel, and then of course the Hoppa bus back again the next day.
Many of the hotels are located on Bath Road, a large road north of the airport which runs parallel to the northern runway, and which is not within walking distance from any of the four terminals.
